Eusa Pharma (Europe) Ltd have taken an additional 11,000 sq. ft. and re-geared their lease at Spires House, Oxford. They now occupy 26,000 sq. ft. on a lease to expiry 2028. A further 25,000 sq. ft. has been refurbished at the building and is available to let.
