Romans Group (UK) have taken expansion space and re-geared their lease at Crowthorne House, Bracknell. They now occupy 24,000 sq. ft. on a lease to expiry 2028.
The building stands to benefit from this rapidly expanding property services company who have acquired 120 companies since 2010.
