Apollo Court, Hatfield which is let in full to Ocado has been purchased by a Middle Eastern investor from Harbert/XLB for a figure in excess of £14.6m.

The 52,000 sq. ft. building was acquired in 2014 and at the time was let to Ocado and the Environment Agency. The latter vacated in 2018 which prompted a comprehensive refurbishment of 28,000 sq. ft. and common parts. On completion of the works, Ocado expanded by taking an overriding lease of the entire building to 2029 with an index linked rent review and break in 2024.
