Description

A 150,000 sq ft multi-let office park in the Blackwater Valley.

Objectives

  • A comprehensive refurbishment and repositioning of a semi-urban business park with a particular focus on amenity, hybrid working and fitted space.
  • Sustainability focussed refurbishment of Building 1, to the only all electric/EPC A offer on the M3 corridor. Meanwhile, works have been undertaken to improve EPCs at Buildings 2 and 3 to Grade B.
