Planning consent received for a full redevelopment of the site to provide a 151,000 sq. ft. of industrial floor space. The 10-unit scheme will benefit from a new vehicular access from the B3349 which leads directly to the Junction 5 of the M3. The scheme has the ability to increase floorspace by a further 20,000 sq ft. to create a total of 171,000 sq. ft.
