XLB and AIMCo secure the coveted Deal of the Year Award at the OAS Development Awards

Following the comprehensive redevelopment of 2 Causeway Park, the entire building (48,000 sq. ft.) was let to ADP, the global payroll & HR systems provider on a new 10-year lease. The letting was the largest in Staines in more than 7 years, and a leading South East letting in an extremely challenging occupier market. The letting evidenced the quality of the refurbishment, location and improved ESG credentials.

After completing the letting, the building was subsequently sold to Corum concluding the business plan and achieving an excellent result.
