XLB welcomes global leader in biotechnology to first phase development at Langstone Park.

Unit 2, of 21,000 sq ft will be occupied on a new 10 year lease. A further 75,000 sq ft is currently under offer leaving the final unit still available.

Leading on from the success of Phase 1, detailed planning is now underway for Phase 2 of the recently secured masterplan consent for the 40 acre site. It will see 680,000 sq ft developed over a phased 10 year period.
