Bedford Innovation Campus is a 50 acre gateway site strategically located on the interchange of the A6 & A421 to the south of Bedford. Located approximately one mile to the east of Universal’s new 650 acre theme park and resort anticipated to generate nearly £50 billion of economic benefit and create 28,000 jobs.
BIC will offer great synergy to the Universal Theme Park but will also deliver much needed quality space to cater for Bedford’s strong manufacturing, defence and automotive industries.
Business Plan Objectives
The land is zoned for employment and we are currently looking to submit a planning application to Bedford Borough Council in 2026 with the aim to deliver in three phases.
