Neil joined XLB Property in 2022 from Castleforge Partners where he worked as an asset manager for several multi-tenanted office funds and helped to implement a flexible office solution across the portfolio. Prior to this, he worked at Knight Frank managing fixed charge receiverships.
At XLB Neil focuses on the asset management and development of offices, mid-tech assets and laboratory space leveraging his previous career as an academic chemist to understand and deliver spaces tenants aspire to occupy.
